What brought Star Oilco. to partner with Optimus and test out The Vector System? What were your goals in turning to B100 fuel use?

We [Star Oilco.] are a longtime and early biodiesel adopter as well as marketer.  I [Owner Mark Fitz] was excited to meet Colin at an REG event and fell in love with the Vector System technology immediately.

What achievements have been made so far in the partnership?

We are marketing Optimus and B99 trucks as a real solution in our state of Oregon, where CO2 emissions have a rising cost.  We are pushing this as an immediate payback opportunity to move to a low CO2-emitting fuel.

How has Optimus Technologies helped your fleet better align their company values?

Optimus Technologies is extremely innovative. We are now using tech in our fleet that allows us to reduce carbon emissions. Being an early adopter of this technology is very exciting and motivating for our entire team. We can hopefully set precedence for other transport companies to do the same.
